Emporium Curioso is Bright Sparks' new original summer show for 2024.

All the curious items in the little shop have a story to tell. Some stories are sad, some are happy. Some stories are scary, some will make you laugh. The shop is a kind of museum, specialising in trinkets, whispers, and forgotten chapters of lives lived and lives lost.
Bright Sparks Theatre Arts Company work with adults with Learning Disabilities from Leeds, to create original devised plays based on the group’s ideas, experiences, and passions. Our new show for summer 2024 is a play about people we have known and the places we have seen. Emporium Curioso is open; and all the objects in the shop have a story to tell. Why not come in and take a look around?
The show is approximately one hour long (no interval).

Walking directions from The Parkinson Building Clock-Tower to stage@leeds
Go through the gateways to the left of the big steps in front of the clock-tower. After a moment, you will see a round area with the curvy sculpture. Go across to the other side and follow the little path ahead. You will see a narrow bridge that leads to a grassy area.
Cross the bridge, then you can either go down the steps or follow the curvy path. Hope to see you there!
